The Nudge Social Dating application requires gps tracking of users in order for it to accurately present users with potential matches within their immediate area. This is a hyper localized dating app and it depends on constant gps coordinate updates to ensure accurate results for our users. In order for our users to see anyone in the area or to even show up on other peoples screens the app must be active in the background or they wont show up. Users are prompted before using the app to allow the use of their gps data. Continuous usage of the gps can "drain your battery" faster than normal.
